Dads, it’s time. Commit to 40 days. Drop the dad bod. Lead your family stronger in faith.

The 40 Day Fit & Faith Challenge is designed for Christian dads who want more than just a workout plan. It’s a simple but powerful daily system that builds discipline, consistency, and spiritual growth in every area of life. Over 40 days, you’ll train your body, renew your mind, and anchor your heart in God’s Word — while creating habits that impact not just you, but your family.
In the Bible, 40 days is the number of testing, transformation, and preparation — from Jesus in the wilderness to Noah, Moses, and Elijah. This challenge is your 40 days to reset, refocus, get healthy, and rise up as the leader God has called you to be.

And that, my friend, is the problem. You wait. You wait until work slows down. You wait until the kids are older. You wait until life feels less stressful. But here’s the truth: that day never comes. Life won’t slow down. Your schedule won’t magically open up. You’ll never “feel ready.” That’s exactly why the 40 Day Fit & Faith Challenge exists. It’s not about waiting for the right time. It’s about becoming the kind of man who shows up, no matter what. The kind of dad who has the strength, energy, and faith to lead his family every single day. Stop waiting. Start leading.
It’s simple: you start back at Day 1.
Some guys complain that this feels like failure if they have to restart. But here’s the truth…
If you bend the rules just so you can “say” you finished, did you really succeed? No. That’s the problem with your whole life — you keep modifying the plan so it feels easier. You change the rules so you can check a box. You cut corners and then wonder why you never get the results you wanted. Deep down, you know you cheated. And that eats away at you more than failure ever could. You don’t become strong by making things easier. You don’t grow by lowering the standard. Greatness only comes when the rules stay firm — and you rise up to meet them.
That’s what the 40 Day Fit & Faith Challenge is all about.
EXACTLY. That’s the point.
You don’t achieve what I’m talking about by half-committing for a few days or dabbling for a couple weeks. I made this program 40 days for a reason — because 40 days is long enough to test you, refine you, and forge habits that last far beyond the challenge itself.
This isn’t another temporary band-aid program where you crash diet, burn out, and go right back to where you started.
This is about building permanent, positive change — in your body, your faith, and your leadership as a dad. When you finish, you won’t just be proud of the 40 days… You’ll be a stronger man who knows how to live with discipline, consistency, and purpose.
That’s what this challenge is about.
You absolutely can do the 40 Day Fit & Faith Challenge. I designed it to work in-line with whatever you’re already doing. Got a workout program? Great — that’s one of your workouts for the day. Then add another. Just remember — one of the two must be outside.
Already following a nutrition plan? Perfect — keep doing that. Just remember the rules: no junk, no alcohol, no cheat meals. Your faith practice? We’ve built it in. One chapter of Scripture every day — and one act of leadership at home. See how simple that is? No compromise. No substitutions. No excuses. This isn’t about changing what you’re doing — it’s about raising the standard.
You are not too out of shape to do this.
I designed the 40 Day Fit & Faith Challenge to work for every dad — no matter your current fitness level. Yes, you have to do 2 workouts a day. But I don’t specify what they have to be. That means you can scale it to where you’re at. It could be two strength sessions … or it could literally be as simple as going for two 30–45 minute walks. The truth is, the part of you that’s “too out of shape” isn’t your body … it’s your mindset. And that’s exactly what we’re going to rebuild together over these 40 days — discipline, toughness, and faith that carries over into every area of your life.
